Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.
Cancellation Timeframe
- Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but you can return the product
- Processing Orders: If your order is already being processed, we will attempt to cancel it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed

Refund Process
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the order
- Bank Transfers: For bank transfers, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account
Cancellation by Marabu Herbals
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Technical issues
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund and we will notify you via email or phone.
Partial Cancellation
If you wish to cancel only certain items from your order, please contact us. Partial cancellation may be possible if the order hasn’t been shipped. Additional charges may apply for split shipments.
Non-Cancellable Items
